Creating your perfect custom piece is a collaborative process designed to be simple, personalized, and stress-free.

Consultation 

We'll begin with a complimentary virtual consultation via video call, email, or text to discuss your vision, inspiration photos, color goals, and any styling requests. Once we've finalized the details, I'll provide my shipping address.

Ship Your Piece(s)

Carefully package your wig or topper and ship it to my studio. Once shipped, please send me your tracking so I can monitor its arrival.

Your Custom Transformation

When your piece arrives, I'll confirm receipt and provide you with your estimated turnaround time. Before I start, I'll reach out one final time to review any last details and ensure every aspect of your vision is clear.

Review & Approval

Once I have finished your piece, I'll send you detailed photos and videos of the final product. If you'd like any additional adjustments, I'll happily make them before shipping.

Return Shipping & Payment

After you've approved your piece, I'll carefully package and ship it back to you with tracking. Payment is due prior to return shipment and can be made via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or another agreed-upon payment method.
